Dining In

Tables clean, though it's still dirty.
Same table, and will be til I'm thirty.
Chairs creek aside, cracks tell the lies.
Sticky floor shows the drips now dry's.
Sight for sore eyes, so it would appear.
Quitely still and yet you can hear.
Tiny empty noises inside the beer.
Bottle caps stacked neatly aside.
Empty inside the garbage they hide.

Big moon super not so

Sunshine in a shadowy day.

May you find what it is that will matter

Do what it is that caused you to scatter

Face this that isn't to hold what doesn't shatter 

Round the base into home become the batter

Coil the cords that rap those that are bound

Seek them that are not what is sound

Bring bold the lies you hound

Be free- abound.



Days past but still I last

Wish I could be where I am not.

Live as I would but not as a cant.

Formed through my own and not the demand.

Hands full of anger, slipping like sand.

Got another life inside my mind.

Full of the life others lay claim to find.

Wish's cant abound but maybe some day.

Life as it were, life as it wasn't- life in a way.

Break from the sober

When it lands it lives, let die to take what it gives.
Leave it for sivs- suckers, make em be chuckers.
Falling for fails, looking for cages- land em in jails.
Call real nothing, because it aint real bluffing.
Cards in a row, say what you want you have no row.
Can see it in your eyes, the cards you say is lies.
Won a few hands, but you belong in the stands.
Faking the sands, take it up but it slips throuhg your hands.
Dollars make you weak, failing your legs- revealing your cheek.
